The complex comprises three blocks of brown brick

and exposed concrete that follow the perimeter of the

triangular site, arrayed round a raised central garden

court that covers the garages below. The crisp glazing,

fitted flush to the walls and accented by setback

balconies, gives a refined visual and geometric

consistency across all three blocks. Access to the inner

courtyard is via a series of ramps and steps – as one

enters under the monumental bridge that links a large

access tower to the upper level walkways, it feels

rather like passing through the ramparts into the inner

keep of a medieval castle.
